Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Although mine was pretty busy, having family around is always great, and I had a lot of fun. Plus, I got a great 6.4 miles in yesterday. It was supposed to be 6 miles, but I had a little trouble sticking to the pre-destined route once I got to campus (apparently I don’t know building names quite as well as I had thought!).
Today’s the third link up for the No More “Girly” Push-Ups Challenge that I’m doing with Jacki of Dare 2 Dream Dare 2 Do, Jennifer of Wine to Weightlifting! A lot of people have been asking when they can join, when they should link up, and if they even still could. My answer? Yes, yes, and yes! Link up any time during the week. And it’s completely okay to start the program this week with your test. No worries!
Last week, if you linked up you had the opportunity to win a pair of SoxBox Socks. We had two winners, Debbie, and Gina. Congrats!!
My progress has been going pretty steady. I’ve been doing my push-ups to coincide with my strength days for the most part. Which also means I’ll be doing them forever, since the plan calls for three days a week. Oh well! It’s getting tougher for sure, but I haven’t hit a point where I can’t finish.
On my last day, I did 63 push-ups.
For this week’s link-up, it’s the same drill. Add your link, and then enter the Rafflecopter giveaway. One participant will win a $25 gift card to Vitacost.I love Vitacost. They sell nearly everything – I’m a big fan! Even if you don’t win, I’d recommend checking their prices on some of your health and nutrition needs.
If you still need a button for your blog, or if you’re a newbie, you can find all the options to grab here. We’ve got several fun buttons that you can put on your sidebar, or just on your blog post about No More “Girly” Push-Ups.
